DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 working days and we use Bob Go as our courier company.

 

Shipments are sent with the courier company on weekdays and they will communicate delivery with you. Please note that if Watch Empire is experiencing a high volume of orders, you can expect delays. We will communicate any delays with you.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as the courier will require a signature on delivery.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

As soon as we send your parcel with our courier, we will notify you with your tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Watch Empire is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages 

Watch Empire is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy 

We currently do not ship outside of South Africa.
